1. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your order using the following methods:

Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, JCB, Dinners
and debit cards with the Visa & Master card logo.
Credit card payment or PayPal account
OTHER: Check* - Money Order & Cashiers
Check
PHONE ORDER: We do not take order over
the phone
MAIL ORDER is accepted only with following
payment methods: Check* - Money Order &
Cashier's Check.

*All checks must be drawn on a US Bank in US funds
Payment by checks is subject to a 5 - 7 days clearance time.
2. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our website is directly linked to the
US Postal Service server and real-time quotes are provided
based on the weight of the products indicated on our website.
For US, Continental US & APO-FPO:
- We offer: First Class - Priority Mail & Parcel post
with Delivery Confirmation receipt.
- Shipping is free for order over $100.00
- All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Texas Resident Sales Tax is applicable (8.25%)
For Canada & Foreign countries:
We ship Worldwide ( Exception: please consult this list of
countries where we cannot ship)
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service AIRMAIL Letter
or Parcel Post
- Please allow 48 to 72 hours for orders to be processed
3. RETURN POLICIES: Only
for US & Continental US
Return will not be accepted after 30 days by date of shipping.
To process a return You must first request and receive a
Return Authorization Notification (R.A.N) from us.
This R.A.N must be attached with a copy of your invoice when
mailing us back the item returned.
Return will be accepted within 30 days of receipt only under
following 3 reasons:
- Defective products shipped with part missing or damaged
- Wrong item shipped
- Because of an error on our part
At customer request we will ship a new item free of shipping
or will issue a Refund.
REFUNDS will be processed for total value
of goods and shipping cost.
Refunds will be handled as follow:
- For Credit card payment: your credit card will be credited
- For PayPal payment: your credit card or account
will be credited
- For Check payment: we will issue a refund check upon request
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please read carrefully
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no return, no exchange,
no refund will be accepted.
- Once order have been shipped we can't be held responsible
if order has been lost, damaged, or not delivered by the
foreign Post office.
- For order above $100.00 in order to track your order shipping
we highly recommend that customers select the EMS (Express
Mail International) shipping method.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Design & Marketing int'l will charge a cancellation
& handling fee of $5.00 for any order fully paid and
then cancelled
- For order paid by credit card through our authorized retailer
2Checkout.com, if order is cancelled after 24 hours of order
date and transaction has been processed and approved there
will be a charge of 5.5% of the total transaction to be
credited to customer credit card.
